About ValueBox

ValueBox is an independent seller of digital subscriptions and bundles for customers in supported markets. ValueBox is not officially partnered with, authorized by, or endorsed by the providers of the products it sells (including but not limited to Netflix, Amazon, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, Spotify and Apple), unless expressly stated. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in the supported currency selected for your country on the product and bundle pages at the time of order. An order is placed once checkout is completed and confirmed with a ValueBox-issued order ID.

Payment

Orders are paid using the bank transfer or mobile-wallet method shown at checkout for your country. Where an amount is converted to PKR for a wallet payment, the conversion rate used is shown before you pay. Payment is confirmed by sending your payment slip to ValueBox on WhatsApp with your order ID.

Activation

ValueBox activates your subscription or bundle according to the access type and duration shown at the time of order. Activation details are confirmed with you on WhatsApp. If activation cannot be completed, the Refund Policy applies.

Renewals

Orders are for a fixed duration and do not renew automatically. See the Renewal Policy for how to renew.

Acceptable use

Subscriptions and bundles sold by ValueBox are for personal use in line with the access type shown on the product page. Reselling, sharing beyond what a plan permits, or using an activated subscription for unlawful purposes may result in the order being cancelled without a refund.

Limitation of liability

ValueBox is not responsible for interruptions, changes or discontinuation of a third-party service (such as a streaming platform or software provider) that are outside its control. Where a subscription becomes unavailable for reasons attributable to ValueBox, the Refund Policy applies.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the ValueBox website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
